Returns

Our returns policy accepts items that are faulty or damaged for a replacement or refund. All items are carefully selected and delivered via our selected postal services, couriers and furniture delivery specialists so it is rare that items arrive damaged. However in the unlikely event that they do, we are happy to provide you with a replacement or refund.

Please contact us at hello@nurturehome.com.au within 24 hours of receiving the faulty or damaged item with photos of the item to arrange item replacement or refund. Please send photos of the damaged or defective items so we can assess the return and forward these onto our suppliers to enable replacement.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It should also be in the original packaging as much as possible. We are unable to process a return if:

- the item is not in its original condition or is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to a manufacturing fault, or not due to damage prior to its delivery at your address.

- we are not notified by email including photos within 24 hours of the faulty or damaged products delivery to your address.

-The item is returned more than 7 days after delivery 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your replacement or refund.
If you are approved, then your replacement will be processed and delivery of the replacement item arranged to your address or your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account. Following this contact your credit card company and/or your bank as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted and processing time to post your refund varies dependent on the bank.

Shipping 
To return your faulty or damaged item, you should email hello@nurturehome.com.au within 24 hours of receiving your product to arrange product return. We accept no responsibility for returns that are sent by non-traceable postage methods and are not received. Unfortunately without the items we cannot issue a replacement or refund. Therefore, all returns due to faults and damage must be made utilising our selected approved carriers and transport companies only.

Items should be returned in as much of their original packaging as possible. Please ship in protective packaging as goods damaged in return shipping will not be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Once we have received the item back in good order and confirmed the fault or damage, we will refund both the cost of the item and the shipping costs or refund the return shipping costs and provide a replacement item.

Any item that is returned used or has been damaged after receipt by the customer will not be accepted for refund or replacement and all shipping costs will be the customers responsibility.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. We will endeavour to get your replacement shipped to you as quickly as possible.

We are unable to provide returns for change of mind. Please choose items and read the description carefully before placing an order. If you are not sure of something, please contact us first. We are happy to assist you.

Nurture Home Pty Ltd sells many handmade or handcrafted items and many items made from natural materials.

As such, irregularities 
in size, shape, texture, colour and finishes may occur. These irregularities are a natural part of the product and not regarded as imperfections or faults. They are celebrated as part of the unique and natural characteristics of the items. Splitting, chips, cracking, natural defects and leeching of natural oils are present in natural timbers and are not considered faults. Variations in the patterns, knots and textures of natural timbers are to be expected and regarded as part of the natural beauty of the timber. Specifications in size and finish may differ from those stated or shown and the actual items may vary from catalogue or website images.
